Do you struggle between “leaning in” and “leaning out” but have a feeling that there must be another way? Are you sick of hearing things like “love yourself by yourself” and “be you, be true, be strong”? Do you ever feel like you have to choose between being masculine and overpowering or being female and codependent in order to be financially successful?
In this interactive talk, Erin Colleen Keeley offers a revolutionary perspective that challenges the familiar narratives of Feminism (which, spoiler alert, she suggests are really just patriarchy in disguise!).
Erin will share her story of tragedy and tenacity in which she left the world of engineering, traveled to South India to study ancient feminine culture, and ultimately built a business on creating psychologically healthy company cultures. Erin believes that when leadership models adopt the idea that leadership IS healthy relating, businesses are able to support the innate talents of women in leadership positions and outlast many others like them.
Erin Keeley (MS, ERYT) is a company culture consultant, leadership trainer, relationship coach and yoga public figure who offers systemic and individual solutions to one of our most pressing cultural problems: isolation and depression that roots in a lack of understanding how to engage meaningful human connection.
