Dear Souls,
You have reached my pre-pandemic website. Due to the effects of the pandemic, I paused promoting my own business and took a job doing business development and investor relations for Phalanx Impact Partners in New York for a year. However, due to the uncertainty of the political situation and how it has affected climate change programs, I am now looking for a full-time salary position with a new organization and I am also doing project management and organizational development consulting with Integrate Engineering. I also still coach a few clients by request with work-place relationship issues, as well as personal existential goals. As always, I appreciate your business, your referrals, and please reach out with any questions or requests.
A note:
As we all come through the pandemic, AI has taken hold, and democracy is being threatened by how narcissism seems to float to the top of hierarchical systems through popular vote, cold-hard-capitalism, (and deception of the media); the research clearly shows that empathy is the most important leadership skill for the long term health of a business, community and… planet. Empathetic leaders create cultures that are more sustainable and enjoyable to live in. These will be the organizations and individuals that last in the long run, but only if they stick together in numbers.
It is dire that the empathetic, intelligent, complex thinking, heart-led leaders of the world have the support systems, mentors, and validating stories/philosophies/lenses to be able to heal and step into leadership.
Somehow… I intend to help make that happen. For my love of all life to come on Earth.
Be kind and also honest with one another. It’s ok to be uncooperative, too… as that is ultimately where change comes from.
